UPDATE: Walker Shoots Pit Bull

Bradenton a man walking his dog in the neighborhood of his shooting pit bull that he said apart from the tree where the animals were chained. She said the pit bull attacked his dog.

The shooting took place in block 5500 16th Street West, sometime after 10: 15 am according to the report of the Manatee County Sheriff. The dog belonged to the Marquis McArthur House at the time not shooting.

Manatee County Animal services have been called on the dog twice before Tuesday night’s shooting, according to agency records.

Animal services workers are at home November 26 after the dog broken chains him and chased small dogs that are running in the environment, according to a report filed with the service animal. Small dogs are not injured and the woman who was walking the dog refused to file an affadavit about the incident.

Two days later Animal services workers are back at home after someone reported that a dog tied to a tree without food or water, according to the report. When officers arrived to investigate, McArthur is the “without” and the dog had been removed and are not tied down outside, according to a report filed in Animal Services.
